The annexe /studio has recently been upgraded to offer every comfort to visitors, with a total refurbishment. T.V. with DVD are available and single beds with an option to make into a king size if required. Sleeping arrangements can be either with Single beds or King size Double. There is an on suite shower and toilet facility with a wash hand basin.

The Annex has a fully equipped kitchen with table for four, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster. In addition, there are facilities for use of a washing machine and dryer.

Price includes  storage heaters, hot water, linen, towels, other electric is by  electric meter and there is an area for visitors to BBQ if required.
